Greek Kourabiedes 希臘甜餅乾

希臘人好像很重口味
這個甜餅乾非常適合跟苦苦的咖啡一起吃
(也請不要吃太多)
做法非常的簡單,只要你跟我一樣喜歡手上有麵糰揉凌


Ingredients
250gram (2cups) plain flour
125gram (1cup) ground ice
125gram (3/4 cup) icing sugar
75 gram (1/2 cup) ground walnuts* (or pistachio nuts)
250gram unsalted butter
extra 125 gram of icing sugar



1. sift the flour, ground rice, icing sugar, and walnuts
2. mix the dry ingredients and add in cubed chilled butter
3. knead and squeeze the mixture above until forming a stiff dough
(當然, 這個時候奶油應該是均勻的融入麵粉糰內)

4. chill the dough  for 10 minutes
5. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a fat cylinder and cut the cylinder into 24 equal pieces.Shape the pieces into boomerang shape.

6. spread out the boomerangs onto two large baking trays, and further chill in fridge for 30 minutes
7. preheat over to 150degrees celcius
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes WITHOUT browning

9. the original recipe says, Dip the warm shortbread into bowl of icing sugar, but it's too sweet for my taste, so I just  Let stand cool
10. sift with more icing sugar before serving
